Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania & Transfer to Arusha
Upon arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you are welcomed by your driver guide, who will assist with any visa or passport matters as needed. You are then transferred to your hotel in Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay. Arusha rests at the foot of Mount Meru and serves as the gateway to Tanzania’s legendary safari circuit, offering a calm introduction before your adventure begins.
Day 2: Full-Day Exploration of Arusha National Park
After breakfast, you depart for Arusha National Park, a beautiful reserve set beneath the towering peak of Mount Meru. Your game drive introduces you to a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, buffalo, zebra, and the striking black-and-white colobus monkeys. At midday, you enjoy lunch at a scenic picnic site before continuing your exploration. Later in the afternoon, you return to Arusha Planet Lodge to relax and prepare for the days ahead.
Day 3: Journey from Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Following breakfast and a short safari briefing, you travel to Tarangire National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing. Known for its immense elephant herds and towering baobab trees, Tarangire offers rich photographic opportunities throughout the day. At lunchtime, you enjoy a hot meal served in the park, complemented by a glass of wine, tea, or coffee. Day 4: Game Drive in Central Serengeti National Park

Day 6: Full-Day Game Drive in Northern Serengeti
Following an early breakfast, you venture into the Northern Serengeti for a day devoted to exploring its dramatic landscapes and abundant wildlife. You pause at midday for lunch at a scenic picnic site before continuing your game drive through the afternoon. The region is renowned for migration crossings, predator activity, and sweeping vistas. As the day ends, you return to your camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Northern Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
After an early breakfast, you begin your journey south through the Serengeti, enjoying one final game drive and a relaxed picnic lunch along the way. In the afternoon, you continue toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving at your lodge near the crater rim. Dinner and a peaceful evening prepare you for the next day’s exploration of one of Africa’s greatest natural wonders.
Day 8: Full-Day Safari in Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of exceptional game viewing. This vast volcanic caldera shelters an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including black rhinos, lions, buffalo, hyenas, and graceful plains animals. Your hot lunch is served within the crater before you resume your exploration. As evening approaches, you drive out of the crater and continue to your lodge in Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Lake Manyara National Park & Return to Arusha
After breakfast, you begin your visit to Lake Manyara National Park, a compact but wildlife-rich reserve known for its flamingos, tree-climbing lions, and lush groundwater forests. The landscapes shift dramatically between open plains, woodlands, and escarpment cliffs. Following an extended game drive, you make your way back to Arusha for a relaxing evening at your lodge.
Day 10: Transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport
After a leisurely breakfast and lunch at the lodge, you are transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight. Your safari concludes with memories of diverse landscapes, remarkable wildlife sightings, and the warm hospitality of Tanzania.
