4-Day Mikumi Wildlife Safari from Dar es Salaam

After an early breakfast, you set out for a full-day game drive inside Mikumi National Park. The day’s exploration takes you across the expansive Mkata Floodplain, known for its rich wildlife and sweeping open views. You will encounter elephants, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, giraffes, and predators such as lions and leopards. A picnic lunch is enjoyed within the park before continuing your game drive into the afternoon, capturing unforgettable moments beneath the golden hues of the savannah. Today offers another opportunity to dive deeper into Mikumi’s diverse habitats. A highlight of the day is the hippo pool, where hippos and crocodiles can be seen basking and interacting in their wetland home.
